Funding Opportunities and Requests for Investments

2011 Families and Education Levy

There are two major changes in the contracting process for this Levy. First, the Office for Education will use a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process to identify organizations in various areas of expertise to determine which of them meet OFE standards for providing Levy-funded programs. The 2012 RFQ process is closed and the qualified agencies are listed here.

Second, OFE will require elementary, middle and high schools that seek Levy investments to compete for support by submitting an application that outlines how Levy investments will be used to achieve Levy outcomes. This is the successful strategy used for middle school Levy funding in the 2004 Levy. Schools can select any partners approved by OFE in the earlier RFQ process. Click the links below to access the RFIs.

Please join our list-serv for announcements on these RFIs.
