Dexter Avenue Mural Painting

Queen Anne Murals group was awarded $15,00 from SAS for creation of a new mural on the Dexter Avenue underpass off of Aurora. The community group solicited designs and the community voted on their favorite which represents Washington native flowers, birds, and trees. The community group hired Urban ArtWorks to paint the mural with the help of about 50 community volunteers.  To view pictures from last Saturday’s work party, click here.
