We are located in the Central Building at the corner of Third Avenue and Marion Street in downtown Seattle, near City Hall and the Public Safety Building. Any bus that travels Third Avenue passes by the Central Building.

The Central Building is wheelchair accessible from the Third Avenue entrance.

Regular Hours

SOCR is open for in-person services Monday to Thursday from 10:00am to 3:00pm. We are closed 12:00-12:30pm for lunch.

Office Closures:

SOCR's in-person services will be closed between December 23, 2024 through January 3, 2025. Please contact us by email or phone.
