K-12 Manager 

To support DEEL’s mission and vision for Seattle, we are looking for a K-12 Manager who will assist the Director and Deputy Director of the K-12/Postsecondary Division in the execution of investments and initiatives implemented through the department. The individual in this role will lead and manage a complex, interconnected portfolio of K-12 investments that crosses departmental and jurisdictional lines and includes partnerships with Seattle Public Schools, community-based organizations, and other inter-governmental agencies.

Early Learning Program Specialist - Temporary

DEEL currently has a temporary opportunity available for an Early Learning Program Specialist who will monitor and assess the program quality of early learning programs. In this role, you will also provide technical assistance and training to contracted early learning providers in the implementation of SPP and ECEAP, primarily by engaging with directors and staff at the agency. This role will also support contract monitoring and compliance.

Administrative Specialist II (Early Learning Enrollment Team) - BU 

DEEL is looking for an Administrative Specialist II to engage with families and the public seeking access to DEEL’s early learning programs. You will be the first point of contact for many families seeking services from DEEL, answering the main phone line for SPP and CCAP, conducting pre-screening with interested families, and referring families who many not be eligible to other programs. You’ll also engage with families through email, responding to generic inquiries and referring families to other individuals on the team as needed.

Community Data & Evaluation Advisor 

DEEL is seeking a Community Data & Evaluation Advisor who will be the subject matter expert on data and evaluation strategies, including evaluation design specific to community-based organizations, data collection, aggregation, analysis, and reporting in collaboration with colleagues and with stakeholders of various background (e.g., small community-based organizations). In this role, you will manage overall project data quality through the entire data lifecycle, including project planning and design, data collection (data sharing agreements, creating rubrics and protocols, etcetera), analysis, synthesis, and reporting.
