Renters in Seattle make up over 50% of residents in the city. The following resources can assist with finding an affordable apartment and understanding the laws that help protect renters. The Seattle Office of Housing does not own or operate any of the affordable apartments contained on the list of resources. You must make application for housing at either the agency or property. You do not make application for housing through the Seattle Office of Housing.
