Written Public Comment to the International Special Review District Board

While the Governor's Order on physical distancing measures are in place, the International Special Review District Board will be conducting its meetings remotely using Zoom . You may submit written public comment at any time. We encourage you to submit written comment well in advance of the meeting to give the Board sufficient time to review them. If you would like to ensure that your written public comment is forwarded to the Board prior to the applicable Board meeting, please submit your comment to no later than 3:30 pm the day prior to the meeting. The Board meeting agendas can be found on the International Special Review District Board webpage.

Interpretation and Translation during Meetings and for Public Comment

Simultaneous interpretation will only be available during meetings in which proposed new construction is on the agenda. For new development projects west of I-5, Cantonese interpretation will be provided. For new development projects east of I-5, Vietnamese interpretation will be provided.  Please contact the ISRD Board Coordinator Rebecca Frestedt at or (206) 684-0226 to request a language other than Cantonese or Vietnamese.

Agendas for each meeting will be translated accordingly and published on the ISRD website one week prior to the corresponding meeting. Agendas are also distributed via email to individuals subscribed to this service. Community members can sign-up for this service on the ISRD website.
