Request for Qualifications (RFQ)

Funding for partners to provide small business consulting services

The City of Seattle's Office of Economic Development (OED) has appropriated $50,000 to partner with qualified consultants to provide 1-on-1 consulting to small businesses in one or more of the following areas:

  • business plan development and operational management
  • marketing
  • financial management.

OED is issuing this RFQ and will undergo a competitive process to select up to 2 qualified consultants.
