Day Camp Permits

Due to COVID-19 we are not allowing in-office visits this time.

Permits are required to operate a daytime program offering supervised and registered recreational activities that are open to the public.

What is a Day Camp?

A day camp is a daytime program offering supervised and registered recreational activities that are open to the public. Important - electricity and water are not provided.

Making a Reservation

Day camps must operate Monday-Friday (no weekends). We will accept applications on the first business day of the new year and process the them in the order  in which they were received. Please make your reservation early if your camp has inflexible dates or locations. Some locations may already be scheduled for large community special events. We will call you to review additional options if your dates are not available.

Note: We are currently NOT accepting applications for shelters or tables at Lower Woodland, Seward, Meridian Playground or Gas Works parks. This page will be updated when that changes.
