Volunteer Group: Friends of Rainier View

In the past year, the Friends of Rainier View has taken the initiative to connect with its neighborhood and its residents. This includes monthly community cleanups, summer activities such as BBQs, community dog walks, and collaborating with Rainier View Elementary to host the first Back to School Bash. Moving forward, the community has its sights on completing a youth-led community mural in the neighborhood and improvements to the P-Patch garden, traffic improvements, and more community gathering spaces.
